We invite you to our cheese making shed to learn where and how the cheeses are made. You will discover the science involved in turning liquid milk into solid cheese. The role of bacteria, yeasts, enzymes and moulds in shaping the flavour, appearance and texture of cheese will be discussed and the visit will conclude with a tasting of our family of cheeses.
