Physicist Dr Anne Pawsey returns for a handson exploration of the physics behind the world’s current favourite spirit, gin. This interactive workshop will explain the physics of alcohol, the influence of ice, and what actually happens when you shake a Martini. The rules on drinking in the laboratory may be relaxed.
