As spring advances, what better way to appreciate nature than to explore and learn about edible plants and seaweeds that grow on and close to the shoreline? We will be walking along the coastal path between Ballintoy and Whitepark Bay, looking at what’s good to forage for at this time of the year. The walk will be led by Dermot Hughes of Forage Ireland and will last about 2 hours. Please dress for the weather and expect muddy feet. Children and dogs are welcome, under control.
Meeting point at Ballintoy harbour car park.
